Aarati Ranade is a scientist working in the field of Stem Cells and Liver Models in the US. She is also interested in translation, photography, doodling, hiking and cycling.

Afiah Obenewaa is a poet from Ghana, West-Africa. Her research interests include African feminisms and post colonial theory. Her poems have appeared in online journals such as The Mamba.

Amitesh Grover  has studied Live & Digital Arts at University of Arts London, U.K. His work occupies the intermediate space between Theatre, Performance, and Interactive Art. His works are shown internationally at festivals and in theatres, galleries, public spaces, and on the internet. He is Assistant Professor at National School of Drama (India).

Ansuman Chakraborty is an artist and filmmaker based in New Delhi. He completed BFA in Art History from Kala Bhavana, Viswabharati University in 2003 and obtained Diploma in  Direction and Screenplay Writing from S.R.F.T.I , Kolkata in 2007.

Ashlesha Gore is a published Marathi translator based in Pune. She loves to translate fictions. She is also interested in languages, reading and theatre.

Ashutosh Potdar is a scholar, translator and the creative writer writing in Marathi and English. Watermark Publication has published two volumes of his plays.

Atul Pethe is an acclaimed writer, director, actor, producer and documentary film-maker. His theatre work has been presented through different national and international theatre festivals in India.

Balwant Jeurkar is a translator of Hindi writing into Marathi. He has translated writings of Mangesh Dabral, Rajesh Joshi, Pavan Karan and Amrit Rai. Balwant has received Sahitya Akademi Award, Dr Nilkanth Rath Award and Balshastri Jamhekar Award.

Danielle Zorbas is an artist working with cinema and poetry. She currently lives in Athens, Greece.

Deepak Borgave is a translator, poet writing in Marathi and English.

Gulzar is a well-known Indian poet, lyricist, and film director.

Himanshu Bhushan Smart is an award winning playwright, poet and writes scholarly articles in Marathi. He is visiting faculty at Lalit Kala Kendra, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

Jesal Thacker is an artist by training, but she chose to pursue scholarship in art instead of art practice. A graduate with a degree in painting from Sir J.J. School of Art, Mumbai, Jesal engages with research on modern and contemporary Indian art and curatorial practice. She is the founder-director of Bodhana Arts and Research Foundation based in Mumbai.

Keshavchaitanya Kunte is a Harmonium player, composer, and musicologist. He is working as an assistant professor of music and Guru at ‘Centre for Performing Arts’, S.P. Pune University. He is founder-director of ‘Dr. Ashok Da Ranade Archives’, Pune. Along with many research papers and articles, he has 3 edited books on his credit.

Khandakar Ohida is an art practitioner based in Delhi. She completed BFA from Govt. College of Art and Craft, Calcutta and MFA from Faculty of Fine Arts, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.

Madhav Khanderao Bagal (1895-1986) also known as Bhai Madhavrao Bagal, was the  famous thinker, political leader, social activist, visual artist and staunch follower of Mahatma Phule and Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj. He was editor of periodicals, Hunter and Akhand Bharat. The books he has written include Kala ani Kalavant, Jeevanpravah and Bahujan Samajache Shilpakar.

Maya Nirmala is a social development professional. She conducts research in the area of human development, design interventions and undertakes evaluations for government as well as non-government initiatives. She has published her writing in Marathi journals like Mukta Shabda and Parivartanacha Watsaru.

Omkar Govardhan is a theatre and film actor. He has translated The Art of the Stage written by seminal Russian theatre-director and actor Konstantin Stanislavski (1863-1938) into Marathi, published by Rajhans Prakashan, Mumbai.

Prabhakar Pachpute is a visual artist based in Pune. He has completed B.F.A. in sculpture from Dept. of Sculpture, I.K.S.V.V. Khairagarh and M.F.A. in sculpture from Faculty of Fine Arts, M.S.U. Baroda. His work has been exhibited in several national and international exhibitions and biennales.

Priyanka Kapoor is a poet and a writer, dominantly of the surrealist genre. She recently finished her Masters in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. She has been shortlisted for R.L. Poetry award 2017.

Ranjini Nair is a Kuchipudi practitioner based in New Delhi, currently pursuing a Masters in Performance Practice from Ambedkar University, Delhi.

Rumi Samadhan is a visual artist, sculptor and an independent researcher based in Mumbai. She has completed post graduate diploma in Modern & Contemporary Indian Art & Curatorial Studies from Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum, Mumbai.

Rupali Bhave is an actor, translator and children’s book author. She is the founder of Jacaranda, an organisation that brings theatre to children and young adults.

Sachin Bonde  was born at Darwha, in Yawatmal district in 1985. He completed his BFA from 2007-2011 at the Sir JJ School of Art, Mumbai. He was awarded a teaching fellowship at Sir JJ School of Art from 2011-2012, and completed his MFA in Printmaking from 2013-2015.

Sahej Rahal is a Mumbai based artist. Graduated from Rachana Sansad Academy of Fine Art, Mumbai, Sahej has been a recipient of many prestigious international residencies and won the Forbes Award for Debut Solo Show, 2014.

Sarah Mariam is a PhD research scholar at the Department of English, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She has done her MPhil on the translated works of the playwright Habib Tanvir.

Shubhalakshmi Shukla is Mumbai based independent writer and curater. Her first book  Imagined Locales, a series of interviews by contemporary Indian artists, was launched by the Studio X in Mumbai in 2015.

Sushil Kumar Saxena is an eminent scholar in the fields of aesthetics and music, especially Indian rhythm. He has written extensively on western and Indian aesthetics, music and dance along with philosophy and religion. Prof. Saxena is honoured with Sangeet Natak Akademi Annual Award (2007), SNA fellowship (2008) and Padma Bhushan (2008).

Stephen Heath is a professor of Literature and Culture at Jesus College, Cambridge University.
